Règlement du concours réseaux sociaux 67ième anniversaire Atomium (du 16 avril au 18 avril 2025)

This competition is organized by Atomium, located at Place de l’Atomiumplein 1, 1020 Brussels. This contest is in no way sponsored, supported or managed by Instagram and Facebook, nor is it affiliated with the Instagram and Facebook organization. By participating in this competition, the participant irrevocably waives all claims towards Instagram and Facebook.
The information provided by the participants is intended for the Atomium, and not for Instagram and Facebook.
Participation in this competition is free.
By participating in the Instagram contest, participants agree to the terms of these regulations.
Participants under the age of 18 must have permission from their legal representative.
Employees of the Atomium are not excluded from participation but do not stand a chance of winning the prize package.
Each personal profile (social media) can only participate once per game. If several participations are determined, the first entry is considered to be participation.
Company pages, groups or profiles that do not comply with the rules of the social media channel are excluded.
The Atomium reserves the right to disqualify a participant in the Instagram and Facebook competition and / or exclude participation if this participant acts in any way in violation of these regulations or otherwise acts unlawfully towards the Atomium.
This competition is open to participants from all over the world
The winner will receive a prize as communicated on the Instagram and Facebook competition page, in particular 1 x 2 tickets for the Atomium. The tickets for the Atomium can be used at any time and are valid up to 1 year.
The winning prizes of the competition will be mentioned on the Instagram and Facebook page of the Atomium. The prize winner is chosen on the basis of 2 criteria: subscribing to the Instagram and / or Facebook page of the Atomium and correctly answering the question "What was the main theme of Expo 58 in Brussels?" in the comments of the post. Afterwards, a panel will select the winner from the correct answers and awards the prize to the winner. No debat is possible against the result of the jury. All disputes regarding the application of these regulations are settled autonomously by the Atomium, it is sufficient to send a mail with the complaint to info@atomium.be.
The contest on Instagram and Facebook runs from April 16^th to April 18^th 2025 at 4PM. The winner will be selected and contacted April 18^th 2025. The winner will be contacted on Instagram or Facebook by private message and e-mail. The winner's e-mail address will be requested on Instagram or Facebook by private message. The winner who do not reply to the private message and who do not claim her/his prize after within 24 hours of receiving the private message on Instagram or Facebook will not be able to claim her/his prize after that time.
Prizes won cannot be returned or exchanged.
The Atomium and its auxiliary persons or third parties engaged by it, are not liable for any damage or injury to property or persons as a result of use or consumption of the prizes awarded. Reactions that can be considered offensive are immediately removed.
The Atomium reserves the right to modify, postpone, shorten or withdraw the contest or any part thereof if, in the opinion of the Atomium, the circumstances so require. The Atomium can not be held liable for this. Printing, typesetting or other errors can not be invoked as grounds for any obligation on the part of the Atomium.
In compliance with Article 4§1 of the Act of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data, it is announced that the Atomium will only process the personal data communicated within the framework of the competition. The data will not be used for other purposes. The data subject always has the right to access and improve the stored data. If the person concerned does not wish to receive any further information regarding the designated purposes, it is sufficient to contact the contact person of the competition.
